In the past, salt was naturally obtained from the sea without any added chemicals or iodine. However, modern commercial salt is often fortified with iodine.
Our natural salt is sourced from Vedharanyam, where there are no chemical factories nearby, ensuring purity. The moisture is removed from the salt and moringa leaves are added to enhance its nutritional value, making it a healthier alternative. This fortified salt supports kidney health.
Today, many salts has sodium benzoate as a preservative, which may have unwanted effects in our body. However, moringa-infused salt naturally neutralizes any potential side effects, making it a safer choice.
In our product preparation instead of Super phosphate to remove impurities, we use sunnambu kal (lime) in sugarcane juice to remove impurities, which later transforms into calcium, beneficial for the body. Castor oil is added to maintain consistency and prevent sticking to the vessel. The mixture is thoroughly blended for a perfect texture.
Our country sugar naturally changes color over time—initially uniform in shade, it darkens to brown after six months, becomes even darker after another six months, and eventually starts melting, showcasing its authentic, natural character. It has a shelf life of one year.
We also enrich the sugar wit ingredients like pepper, thippili (long pepper), and sukku (dry ginger), finely powdered and added for additional health benefits.
WHAT IS TRADITIONAL RICEMIX POWDER?
This is our unique product, crafted from a blend of 13 traditional rice varieties. It consists of nutrient rich native rice varieties which contains protein, vitamins, and minerals.
HOW IT IS PREPARED?
These rice varieties are cultivated without the use of any chemicals, relying on cow dung and other natural fertilizer. Since no chemicals are applied, the yield is lower. The harvested rice is taken in certain ratio, soaked and dried in the shade before being blended with cardamom and Almond for extra nutrient and flavour.
We exclusively use crops grown in Tamil Nadu and do not source from other states.

What is special about our ghee?
Our ghee is traditionally prepared ("Vennai Neyyi Urukku - Bilona process") from the milk which is naturally produced from the Kangayam country cows. This indigenous cattle breed from Tamilnadu, yields pure milk without any hormone treatment. These cows produce only 1.5 litres of milk per session. It takes 25 liters of milk to produce 1.5 liters of ghee, making it a premium product.
