We obtain chemical free palm jaggery manufactured in the old authentic way. Lime stone is added to remove impurities which later turns into calcium beneficial for the body. Castor oil is added to maintain consistency. The mixture is thoroughly blended for a perfect texture.
Our palm jaggery eventually starts melting overtime, showcasing its authentic, natural character. It has a shelf life of six to one year.
The paagu (syrup) is enriched with herbal ingredients like pepper, thippili (long pepper), and sukku (dry ginger), finely powdered and added for additional health benefits.
We carry vilanja karupatti (aged for more than a year) which has unique flavour and increased iron content.
