Because our country sugar is minimally processed and made using traditional methods, its color and texture may naturally change over time. It may begin with a lighter, more uniform shade and gradually darken as it ages. Over an extended period, the texture may also soften or begin to melt slightly. These natural variations are characteristic of traditionally prepared country sugar.

Shelf Life: Best consumed within 12 months when stored in a cool, dry place in an airtight container.
